“There are truly no words to properly describe the magic of this sacred home and land. It’s breathtaking. I was literally in awe throughout my entire stay. Every detail has been thought of, with personal touches everywhere. This home was a labor of love by the host, Maranda, and her husband, Robert, and it is felt, always. The positive energy and feeling of connection are unmatched. From the warm welcome by Maranda and Robert, who were there waving us in as though we were family, to arriving to a lovely, chilled bottle of bubbly with a “Happy Birthday” message, to a personalizes tour of the indoor and outdoor space, it was obvious that their only concern was that we genuinely enjoy their sanctuary....and that we did. I was in awe for 8 full days! I felt like I was living in a fairytale, to be honest. Sage, incense and gorgeous healing crystals are prevalent in every room, and on every window sil. The vintage artwork, record player, plates, faceixa, etc are so cool. The blankets and pillows are abundant and so cozy. The master bedroom is stunning and super comfortable. The bed is dreamy and I l (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) e the soft, light bedding. The bathrooms are exquisite! As I said, “no words”. I don’t want to give it all away, so what I will say is that the outdoor space is as glorious as the home itself. We weren’t able to maximize our time outdoors because sadly we visited during the Apple fire and the air quality wasn’t the healthiest (which by the way, Maranda and her husband invited us back - simply because that is who they are - amazing people who care and want us to fully experience the enchanting outdoor space as well...THANK YOU!!!) We did, at least, go outside each night to experience the exquisite sunsets. On our last night, the sky was clear and perfect. We sat in the hot tub for hours, watching the sunset, stargazing and just soaking it all in. There is so much that I’m leaving out, because what Maranda and Robert have created isn’t just an incredible vacation (Website hidden by Airbnb) a most enchanted experience. If you are looking for peace, tranquility, healing, connection...along with a luxurious, charming, eclectic space, then this is your divine place. Enjoy! Maranda and Robert, we can’t wait to visit again soon and we are thoroughly grateful. We cannot thank you enough for being YOU!”

“We fell in love with this property upon seeing the listing, but we weren't prepared for how much we would enjoy our stay. The privacy, the quiet, the incredible views, magical nights and the house itself were just what we needed. The owners have put their all into every room, nook and space. So beautiful. It is carefully curated yet entirely comfortable and accessible. We felt completely at ease. They were kind and helpful through every part of the process. We feel a special connection to the whole property, and we can't wait to go back!”

Absolutely stunning home. One of the most beautiful AirBnb’s I’ve ever seen - design driven with a 70s vibe. The cowboy pool was a godsend, so were the outside beds. Heaven. I didn’t want to leave! Also- Maranda was so kind and such a great host.

If you are looking to get away from it all in a serene, stunning space - this is the place for you. If you are an interior decorating fool like me you will appreciate all the personal and varied touches around the house. I don't want to give too much a way because it is always more fun to discover for yourself but every room is appointed to perfection. The architecture and color schemes are soothing, very complimentary to the vast desert surrounds. The house stays perfectly cool even in 107 F heat with the Nest system and at night you can open up the myriad of sliding doors and windows to let the breeze filter through. Mornings in the courtyard and evenings in the backyard are amazing. The outdoor space is perfect for spending the entire evening and watching the gorgeous sunset and then the stars come out. Want to see the Milky Way galaxy? When the sun sets just lay down on the comfy outdoor bed(s) and look up! I can't say enough good things about this place, down to the rad vintage Mikasa dishes, and there is plenty to do in Joshua Tree to keep you busy when not relaxing. Harriet and Pappy's was a delicious dinner, even as take out. Pioneer town is adorable. We drove though Joshua Tree park for 3 hours and stopped to pop out and back in the AC of the car. Wow - so gorgeous! If you are looking to get away in the Joshua Tree area this is a rental you do not want to miss!
